Responsibilities
- Deliver Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure for API Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
- Build and maintain production-ready, Kubernetes-based customer environments and Helm deployments.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure features and automation with the Platform Team.
- Investigate support tickets, resolve complex customer issues, and assist the support team.
- Create knowledge articles and share technical and non-technical expertise through internal TechTalks.
- Improve operational processes and tools, including AI-driven automation, documentation, and incident analysis.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
- Fluency creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation.
- Experience with Terraform, Docker, certificate management, continuous delivery tools, and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, Helm Charts, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Curiosity, continuous-learning commitment, patience, resilience, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Preferred: experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms; familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workload orchestration, AI Gateway or LLM-serving infrastructure, networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns.
