Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support end-to-end solutions for ERP, input and output management, and digital document processes.
- Integrate AI and automation technologies into the service landscape and optimize business processes across the service lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain services that improve efficiency, automation, and user experience.
- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into sustainable technical solutions.
- Ensure reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of existing systems and services.
- Support technical and strategic initiatives, projects, and service improvements with global teams.
- Identify and implement innovative technologies and best practices across regions and business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with SAP Administration and ERP-related integrations.
- Strong experience with scripting, automation platforms, and workflow engines, including PowerShell, Perl, Python, Power Automate, or n8n.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-based automation solutions.
- Experience with requirements engineering and tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with testing, software development, system integration, and API-based solutions.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, Agile methodologies, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, GitOps, and modern deployment processes.
- Administration and support experience with Windows, Unix, and Linux platforms.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols, enterprise system architectures, IT service management processes, and software security practices.
- Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid infrastructures.
- Preferred knowledge of Output Management solutions and document lifecycle management.
- Preferred experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and ownership skills.
