Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architecture for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AgentAI copilots, pre-built AI services, and APIs.
- Develop and enhance scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern frameworks and cloud-native patterns.
- Use AgentAI tools and LLM-based copilots for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Integrate RAG-based retrieval, conversational APIs, and other AI services into enterprise systems.
- Optimize API design, data flows, and UI/UX for AI-assisted features.
- Bridge traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to drive adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
- Maintain architectural integrity, scalability, reliability, security, quality standards, and responsible AI guardrails.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Solid foundation in enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to use copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of RAG, LLM limitations, and AI-assisted software development.
- Experience with one or more of Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript for frontend development.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native technologies, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to combine human judgment with AI-assisted productivity to deliver faster, higher-quality outcomes.
- Experience integrating AI services without training models or designing ML architectures.
