Responsibilities
- Build and maintain backend programs in SAP systems.
- Operate SAP solutions within the overall KION SAP systems landscape.
- Perform system monitoring, incident management, and customer application support.
- Ensure platform availability, stability, and compliance with KION quality standards.
- Debug, optimize, and automate routine tasks and deployments.
- Build and deploy releases across multiple stages with an international team.
- Estimate effort and implement and test assigned work packages.
Requirements
- More than three years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer, or in a related SAP-domain role.
- Experience with SAP ABAP and object-oriented ABAP programming.
- Knowledge of SAP monitoring best practices.
- Ability to debug, optimize, and automate routine tasks and deployments.
- Fluent written and spoken English at B2 level or higher.
- SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of REST APIs is a plus.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow development tools.
