Responsibilities
- Design and implement the foundations of the AI Assets platform and tools for discovery, distribution, versioning, quality, and governance.
- Incorporate GenAI into the team’s internal processes and establish a replicable AI-native way of working.
- Collaborate with development teams to build GenAI solutions and support the platform’s ongoing evolution.
- Drive continuous improvement using user feedback, usage and adoption metrics, and emerging GenAI trends.
- Use AI agents to prototype, implement, and refactor software and help define evaluation and verification practices for AI-assisted work.
Requirements
- Design end-to-end solutions of bounded scope and contribute to action plans.
- Strong backend development fundamentals in Go, Java, or Python, with knowledge of microservices and APIs.
- Knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, SOLID, clean architecture, and TDD.
- Daily practice or interest in GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, and evaluation of AI-assisted systems.
- Experience or interest in developer tools, internal platforms, distribution systems, and the MCP protocol.
