Responsibilities
- Shape cloud platform strategy by designing scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure for data and AI initiatives.
- Automate software delivery and Infrastructure as Code to improve deployment consistency, reduce operational risk, and increase engineering productivity.
- Build and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines to improve time-to-market and release reliability.
- Drive platform reliability and performance through monitoring, testing, and operational improvements.
- Champion DevOps practices and share expertise across engineering teams.
- Influence enterprise-wide technology decisions and lead engineering, cloud transformation, or infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven success leading engineering initiatives, cloud transformations, or complex infrastructure projects with measurable outcomes.
- Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern cloud architecture principles.
- Advanced experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Strong proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD automation.
- Preferred experience supporting AI, machine learning, or data analytics platforms.
- Preferred experience leading DevSecOps, platform engineering, or technical modernization initiatives.
- Ability to align cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and foster learning and knowledge sharing.
