Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and support automated build, integration, and deployment workflows.
- Deploy software applications in containerized and orchestrated environments.
- Perform C++ software development, including building, testing, integration, and debugging.
- Develop tools and prototypes as needed.
- Collaborate across disciplines and mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical documentation input and contribute to customer-facing presentations.
Requirements
- Principal level requires a bachelor's degree in STEM and 5 years of related experience, a master's degree in STEM and 3 years of related experience, or a PhD and 1 year of related experience.
- Senior Principal level requires a bachelor's degree in STEM and 8 years of related experience, a master's degree in STEM and 6 years of related experience, or a PhD and 4 years of related experience.
- Applicants must have a current active in-scope U.S. Government Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
- Ability and willingness to travel 10% to support business needs.
- Experience with modern C++, development tools, IDEs, C++ debugging, object-oriented programming, data structures, Linux, inter-process communication, and linear algebra.
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD toolchains or similar, containerization technologies such as Docker or Podman, and revision-control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices and tools such as GitLab and Jira.
- Preferred qualifications include TS/SCI clearance, C++20 and template metaprogramming, Kubernetes, ZeroMQ, multithreaded and low-latency applications, intelligence-community customers, and data manipulation, processing, and visualization software.
