Responsibilities
- Support external developers with Stripe integrations across multiple programming languages.
- Debug complex integration challenges through email, ticketing, issue-tracking, community, chat, and other support channels.
- Create and maintain documentation, examples, integration demos, and code snippets.
- Identify developer friction and collaborate with engineering teams through planning sessions, design reviews, and development meetings.
- Build and maintain internal support tooling, including LLM-based and administrative tools.
- Provide developer advocacy, training, and real-time technical education for internal teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of full-stack software development experience building high-quality web or mobile applications.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and Stripe functionality to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong coding and code-reading skills across multiple programming languages.
- Ability to support users during regional working hours and occasionally provide weekend coverage for critical infrastructure.
- Preferred: clear writing, software engineering fundamentals, experience teaching or coaching developers, and comfort working autonomously.
- A degree in Computer Science, Software or Computer Engineering, or a related analytical field is preferred.
