Responsibilities

Communicate with external developers to aid in building applications against Stripe’s infrastructure.
Unblock developers with integration challenges through various support channels.
Develop and maintain documentation, examples, and code snippets for Stripe's infrastructure.
Identify friction points for developers and collaborate with engineering teams to improve products.
Develop and maintain internal support tooling for the TSE and Stripe Support teams.
Act as a developer advocate by providing training and responding to integration questions.

At least 4 years of full-stack software development experience.
Direct experience explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to write clean code in multiple programming languages and read less well-written code.
Availability to help users during working hours, with occasional weekend coverage.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
