Responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-quality front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, accessible UI components.
- Create semantic markup supporting accessibility, SEO, and CMS-driven content.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product stakeholders to refine interactions and shared component patterns.
- Build reusable UI components and contribute to a scalable front-end system.
- Implement animations, transitions, and micro-interactions without compromising performance.
- Optimize load times, rendering efficiency, and runtime behavior.
- Debug and resolve front-end and browser-performance issues.
- Assess the technical feasibility of UX designs and propose improvements.
- Integrate front-end components with the Sitecore-based CMS ecosystem.
- Use Git and established branching, review, and deployment workflows.
- Keep current with modern front-end techniques and UX patterns.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, Front-End Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of semantic HTML, structured markup, accessibility, SEO, and CMS-based architectures.
- Experience translating design systems and Figma files into production-ready UI.
- Knowledge of responsive design, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience creating animations and micro-interactions with CSS and/or JavaScript.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Familiarity with WCAG and inclusive design principles.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
- Hands-on experience with Git, branching, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews.
- Excellent English language skills; C2 level is preferred, with LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL advantageous.
- Advanced computer literacy; ECDL Advance certification is desirable.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, adaptability, and self-direction.
- Familiarity with Angular, Vue, React, Sitecore, SharePoint, headless CMS solutions, design systems, or component libraries is advantageous.
