Responsibilities
- Contribute to the technical design and performance optimization of high-traffic, multi-platform mobile applications.
- Develop new features in a modular, feature-based Flutter architecture for areas such as the lobby, table, profile, and cashier.
- Help build and maintain the Flush internal design system using reusable components.
- Improve code quality through unit, widget, integration, and golden testing.
- Apply clean architecture principles across data, domain, and presentation layers.
- Explore platform-specific optimizations and development tooling.
- Maintain the Melos monorepo and manage inter-package dependencies.
- Document implemented features and technical decisions.
Requirements
- Have at least one prior experience in Flutter or mobile development.
- Be proficient in Dart and modern Flutter development practices.
- Have significant experience with large-scale Flutter applications and complex state management.
- Master clean architecture principles and dependency-injection patterns.
- Be able to write testable code and be proficient with Flutter unit, widget, and integration testing.
- Have experience with Riverpod and reactive programming concepts.
- Understand performance optimization and platform-specific constraints.
- Know code-generation tools such as build_runner and freezed, as well as monorepo management.
- Understand multi-platform development challenges and platform-adaptive design.
- Be fluent in English.
- Bonus qualifications include experience with GoRouter, Rive animations, Melos monorepos, Flutter CI/CD pipelines, native Android or iOS development, game or real-time applications, and design systems.
