Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD.
- Build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker.
- Administer Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, or OpenShift environments.
- Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD or Flux.
- Integrate security throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application issues while improving platform reliability and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, or OpenShift.
- Familiarity with ArgoCD or FluxCD and strong knowledge of DevSecOps principles and security best practices.
- Experience across the software development lifecycle, Agile development practices, and software or platform engineering.
- Experience with FastAPI or Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Experience building cloud-native platforms and microservices.
- Knowledge of security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance automation.
- AWS or Kubernetes certifications are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
