Base Salary
$109k - $164k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop modem software frameworks for 5G NR connectivity across Snapdragon chipsets.
- Use custom scripting and domain-specific languages to dynamically reconfigure modems based on network conditions, device states, and AI-driven optimization signals.
- Architect next-generation frameworks for OEM and operator 5G experiences.
- Apply software design, object-oriented implementation, debugging, and performance profiling in embedded environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics/Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of academic or industry experience with C/C++ and Python.
- Foundational understanding of embedded systems or real-time operating systems.
- Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, experience with QuRT, FreeRTOS, or Zephyr, 5G NR/LTE or wireless protocol stack knowledge, AI/ML fundamentals, scripting or domain-specific languages, and embedded debugging and performance profiling.
