Responsibilities

Work directly with end users, process owners, and client engineers to understand workflows and underlying business problems.
Translate target-state processes into technical architectures, data models, integrations, agents, and workflows, then ship solutions rapidly.
Demo working software frequently and incorporate user feedback into successive iterations.
Make real-time build, buy, and configure decisions while balancing speed, quality, and cost.
Own observability and evaluations after deployment and iterate toward reliability in customer environments.
Build trust with customer engineering and security teams around API access, data flows, deployments, and reviews.
Create reusable components, prompt structures, and integration patterns from customer engagements.

Demonstrated builder background with experience taking systems from zero to production and operating them afterward.
Fluency with LLM APIs, tool and function calling, agent frameworks, evaluations, and prompt engineering.
Strong backend TypeScript skills and familiarity with APIs, authentication, queues, and legacy-system integrations.
Daily proficient use of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI coding tools.
Enjoys customer-facing work, including user discovery, asking probing questions, and respectfully challenging assumptions.
Able to move quickly, communicate clearly, work amid ambiguity, and develop working prototypes in unfamiliar domains.
Fluent English; German is a plus.
Required experience automating ERP business processes using SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar, or prior consulting, solutions engineering, or end-to-end product-building experience.

Work on real-world ERP automation problems for global enterprise customers at a high-growth deep-tech startup.
Work with current LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI coding tools with budget and mandate to stay current.
Build with a modern technology stack without legacy-stack constraints.
Own customer engagements, including architecture, development, delivery, and customer relationships, from day one.
