Responsibilities
- Drive software development and DevOps practices within agile software development teams.
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Develop automation scripts and tools and contribute to application development.
- Implement infrastructure as code and configuration management solutions.
- Support deployment strategies, monitoring, observability, security, compliance, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Create technical documentation and collaborate with development, SRE, and platform engineering teams.
- Mentor team members on DevOps practices and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in software development, DevOps engineering, and cloud infrastructure.
- Programming skills in C# and TypeScript, with Python listed as optional.
- Expertise with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools including GitLab.
- Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code using Terraform.
- Knowledge of Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and observability.
- Ability to work independently, coordinate within a team, support development initiatives, and communicate effectively.
- Strong documentation, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, structured, proactive, and automation-focused skills.
