Base Salary

$170k - $240k/yr

Responsibilities

Lead the evaluation, configuration, and deployment of inference models for users.
Translate high-level stakeholder goals into engineering outcomes.
Mentor engineers and improve team development practices and standards.
Develop services and techniques that ensure continual high-quality inference service.
Establish infrastructure for services and integrate LLM-powered tools for user needs.
Collaborate on short-term, high-priority inference efforts for customers.
Balance hands-on engineering with leadership and coordination responsibilities.

Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph is required.
U.S. citizenship is required; green card holders and permanent residents are not eligible.
A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required, with an additional four years of experience permitted as a substitute.
Twelve years of software development experience are required.
Experience with Python or other modern programming languages is required.
Experience with Argo CD or other CI/CD frameworks is required.
Experience with Kubernetes and Helm is required.
Experience with AWS or other cloud service providers is required.
Strong communication, mentoring, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are required.
