[EAE] Embedded System Engineer (Joining Bonus)

Responsibilities
- Define and maintain stakeholder and system requirements and system architecture.
- Collect, clarify, document, review, release, and communicate system requirements.
- Identify and maintain system interfaces and analyze requirements and architecture for compliance, impact, risk, and verifiability.
- Define verification criteria and establish bidirectional traceability between stakeholder and system requirements.
- Ensure project requirements and system activities comply with ASPICE and align with customer processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronics, mechatronics, or computer science.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in automotive domains with AUTOSAR and embedded development.
- Good understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
- Mandatory experience with CAN, V-model, and ASPICE.
- Preferred experience with LIN, UWB, NFC, and BLE, plus knowledge of security and safety concepts.
- Experience across system and software development lifecycles, requirements management, requirements elicitation, and interpreting customer specifications and standards.
- Strong English communication skills, self-discipline, self-motivation, and teamwork abilities.
