Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain game backend service modules to ensure service stability, efficiency, and security.
  • Implement and optimize core backend systems, including user-data and combat-logic support modules.
  • Improve backend performance and diagnose and resolve issues in production and test environments.
  • Develop service-related tools to improve development and operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with client, design, and other teams to deliver features and player experiences.
  • Track backend technology developments and apply effective practices and new technologies to the project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least two years of backend development experience; a computer-related major is preferred.
  • Proficiency in mainstream backend programming languages such as C++, Java, or Golang, with strong coding and debugging skills.
  • Experience developing and optimizing high-concurrency and distributed systems and common middleware such as message queues, caches, and databases.
  • Ability to independently own the development, testing, and maintenance of a functional module or business feature.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and continuous-learning abilities.
