Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and productionisation of machine learning models for customer support.
- Build monitoring, evaluation, and alerting frameworks for model performance.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to develop robust ML solutions.
- Work with data scientists and engineers to productionise models.
- Provide technical leadership and set best practices for ML quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience as an ML Engineer or Data Scientist.
- 5+ years' experience writing production code in Python.
- Experience with tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CircleCI.
- Experience in productionising Generative AI workstreams.
- Strong understanding of traditional ML and Generative AI evaluation techniques.
- Experience mentoring team members.
- A bias towards simplicity and achieving impact.
