Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to design, develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Advise customers or users, present solutions, provide training, and explain technical alternatives.
- Work with the team and customers to ensure smooth project deliveries.
- Develop expertise toward more demanding technical and consulting responsibilities.
Requirements
- Hold a valid ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- Have at least one year of technical experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Have experience advising customers or users, presenting solutions, delivering training, or justifying technical alternatives.
- Have practical JavaScript experience in ServiceNow solutions, such as Client Scripts, Business Rules, or other platform scripting.
- Demonstrate successful customer relationships in a technical expert role, such as successful project delivery or excellent customer feedback.
- Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to advance solutions effectively through customer work.
- Be fluent in Finnish and English for consulting work.
- Relevant ServiceNow training, accreditations, product-area certifications, and experience in software development, integrations, or process development are advantageous.
