Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI applications, including tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate work frequently, and communicate trade-offs and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and speed.
- Ability to learn quickly, translate business problems into practical AI solutions, and communicate clearly.
- Core proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Experience with or knowledge of relevant AI frameworks, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education.
