Responsibilities
- Build and integrate agentic AI applications using tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Write clean, testable production code and CI/CD pipelines, including unit and integration tests.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Implement offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content and action safety boundaries.
- Prototype quickly, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and translate business problems into practical AI applications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into software systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation, speed, and rapid learning.
- Proficiency in at least two listed core build languages, including Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Java; C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, and Bash are additional options or preferred skills.
- Experience with agent frameworks, RAG services, evaluation tooling, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, or cloud SDKs is relevant to the role.
- Ability to prototype rapidly, learn quickly, communicate clearly, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
