Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and translate operational needs into technical requirements, system functionality, integrations, and data flows.
- Own technical solution designs and architectural decisions for scalable, secure, feasible, maintainable implementations.
- Lead solution discovery and scoping with project sponsors and stakeholders, documenting costs, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Create deployment plans and collaborate with architecture, development, infrastructure, and vendor teams during implementation.
- Design, review, and optimize SQL Server schemas, queries, performance, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for system and integration issues.
- Contribute to application budget planning, including hardware, software, licensing, and resource needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, mathematics, software engineering, or a related field, or four or more years of work experience in lieu of the degree.
- At least five years of experience as an IT application software developer, solutions architect, technical project manager, or IT team leader.
- At least one year of experience managing a team for IT projects.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services, including App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, storage, networking, identity, and monitoring.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL Server, including query development, performance tuning, and data integration.
- SQL, .NET, and/or scripting skills.
- Ability to review complex applications, evaluate technical efficiency, communicate effectively, document requirements, and provide technical project status reports.
