Responsibilities
- Develop and support flexible DevOps infrastructure for data collection, storage, analytics, and visualization platforms.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, TechComms, and Support to define, document, and promote deployment and system-management best practices.
- Help clients and early adopters deploy the technology stack.
- Improve the manageability and supportability of the stack, including defining product features that simplify management.
- Propose, plan, and implement DevOps solutions.
- Support engineering teams, share knowledge, and collaborate on resolving technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with Kubernetes or comparable orchestration technologies.
- Experience with Linux system administration and container technologies such as Docker.
- Understanding of networking and TCP/IP.
- Experience with configuration-management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Knowledge of systems and networking security best practices.
