Responsibilities
- Develop and execute functional and automation tests.
- Support web, mobile, API, data, and performance testing initiatives.
- Build and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Create test scenarios and acceptance tests.
- Perform performance test scripting and execution.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries and validate Oracle database data.
- Apply AI-enabled testing practices and evaluate AI-generated outputs.
- Manage defects through resolution and document test outcomes and technical findings.
- Support issue investigation, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, deployment teams, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of software testing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong automation testing experience.
- Knowledge of Playwright, Selenium, WebdriverIO, or Codecept.js.
- Experience with Python or JavaScript testing frameworks.
- Experience in API, data, and performance testing.
- Proficiency in SQL and Oracle databases.
- Knowledge of LoadRunner or JMeter.
- Familiarity with ICEDQ and quality engineering practices.
- Financial services or investment banking experience is preferred.
- Exposure to data quality solutions is beneficial.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of software development and testing life cycles and Agile delivery principles.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and use AI tools responsibly.
