Base Salary
$104k - $166k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide cloud software research, development, and engineering services.
- Perform requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, sustainment, testing, validation, and issue diagnosis and resolution.
- Develop next-generation cyber and AI/ML capabilities hosted on large-scale compute clusters and AWS Cloud infrastructure.
- Design and develop distributed software, analytic capabilities, and cloud services for a cyber intelligence team.
- Develop and implement software integration and testing plans and scripts.
Requirements
- At least two years of directly related software development or engineering experience, including requirements analysis, development, integration, testing, maintenance, and problem resolution.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is highly desired and may be considered equivalent to two years of experience.
- At least one year of experience developing software with high-level languages such as Java, C, or C++.
- Experience with distributed, massively parallel OpenSource NoSQL products such as HBase, Accumulo, or Big Table.
- At least two years of software integration and software testing experience, including test plans and test scripts.
- An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
- Preferred qualifications include cloud developer certifications, Hadoop ecosystem experience, HDFS, large-scale cloud computing, JavaScript web applications, automated analytic software and algorithms, and cluster monitoring tools.
- Preferred competencies include LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, AWS architecture and SDKs/APIs, CloudFormation or Terraform, observability tools, distributed Java systems, Linux, scripting, Kubernetes, and security and compliance practices.
