Responsibilities
- Develop Salesforce user experiences using OmniStudio tools, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, Data Mappers, and Integration Procedures.
- Configure and customize Salesforce capabilities to meet evolving business requirements.
- Design and implement Salesforce Flows and Public Sector Solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with external applications through REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage deployments and project delivery using GitHub and Jira.
- Maintain documentation and support user training.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio configuration and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, platform configuration, and process automation.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions and related business processes.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Jira and GitHub for project delivery, version control, and deployments.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Bonus expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Python, and Talend.
