Responsibilities
- Develop NetSuite customizations based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot NetSuite issues and support issue resolution and bug-fix delivery.
- Document system customizations and communicate with end users through documentation or presentations.
- Analyze and assess development needed for requirements raised by business analysts and users.
- Contribute to solution design and support integrations between NetSuite and other finance applications.
- Coordinate testing teams and testing activities for system customizations.
- Participate in NetSuite technical operations, system health checks, tooling, and performance optimization.
- Act as the NetSuite stakeholder on projects implementing other finance applications.
- Engage with Oracle partners on enhancement development and deployment.
- Lead or contribute to technical projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in the relevant technical discipline and working knowledge of related disciplines.
- Experience working with a range of technologies and understanding their differences and applications.
- In-depth knowledge of the supported product area and its business domain.
- Ability to solve complex problems independently using analysis, judgment, and appropriate technical methods.
- Ability to collaborate across business areas and facilitate troubleshooting.
- Ability to lead technical projects or project steps and act as a resource for less experienced colleagues.
