Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve issues across components of critical business systems.
- Troubleshoot software integrations, interfaces, and APIs.
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and reliability.
- Document findings and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
- Identify risks and propose preventive measures to reduce future issues.
- Work independently toward subject matter expertise and contribute to team discussions and problem solving.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Software Product and Platform Interface and API Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Software Product and Platform Interface and API Engineering.
- Strong understanding of software integration and interface protocols.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving complex system issues.
- Familiarity with API design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics.
- Japanese language skills are preferred.
- Experience with Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement is preferred.
