Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing for web and mobile applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts and reusable test suites using Selenium and Appium.
- Execute manual test cases, identify defects, analyze test results, and provide detailed defect reports.
- Perform API testing and validation using Postman.
- Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle in JIRA, including logging, tracking, retesting, and closure.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in software testing or quality engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience in manual testing, including functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with automation testing using Selenium and Appium.
- Experience with API testing using Postman.
- Strong experience using JIRA for defect management and project tracking.
- Experience creating and maintaining test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
