Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data integration solutions using IBM ACE ESQL and IBM Integration Bus for Medicare and Medicaid claims processing.
- Develop and optimize message flows, transformations, integration services, reusable components, mappings, and error-handling frameworks.
- Translate claims requirements into technical designs and integration specifications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues, including root cause analysis and long-term remediation.
- Implement logging, auditing, exception handling, and traceability capabilities for compliance and operational needs.
- Collaborate with testing teams on end-to-end integration, system, user acceptance, and healthcare claims data validation.
- Document integration architectures, message models, deployment procedures, and operational processes.
- Support deployment, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning across IBM integration environments.
- Share integration best practices, coding standards, and patterns, and mentor developers when appropriate.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise data integration and application integration environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM ACE ESQL and IBM Integration Bus.
- Experience developing message flows, transformations, integrations, and reusable components within IBM integration platforms.
- Deep understanding of Medicare and Medicaid claims processing, claims lifecycles, healthcare data requirements, and compliance considerations.
- Experience designing and implementing integration solutions in complex transactional environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills across interconnected systems.
- Experience with performance tuning, optimization, monitoring, integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, and healthcare claims data validation.
- Experience creating technical documentation, operational procedures, and support materials.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
- Experience supporting large-scale healthcare payer environments and knowledge of healthcare data formats and payer-provider standards are preferred.
- Experience implementing compliance, auditing, and traceability capabilities, improving integration performance and scalability, and mentoring developers are preferred.
