Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver CI services for Snowflake's repositories.
- Collaborate with product managers to define quarterly and long-term roadmaps.
- Enhance developer infrastructure and tooling for performance and simplicity.
- Drive clarity on strategy and execution towards customer needs.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a productive team environment.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in designing and building distributed data systems.
- Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with enterprise-grade Continuous Integration for cloud-based systems.
- Fluency in Java, C++, Python, or Go.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
