Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Collaborate with design, backend, and product teams to implement robust and scalable user interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews and improve development practices.
- Propose and implement frontend architecture best practices.
- Identify and resolve performance, accessibility, and compatibility issues.
- Provide technical mentorship to less-senior developers.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of frontend development experience.
- Strong command of React.js and its ecosystem, including hooks, context, and Redux or a similar tool.
- Experience with Next.js, including SSR, SSG, and ISR.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Mérida, Mexico.
- Preferred: experience with TypeScript.
- Preferred: knowledge of unit and integration testing with Jest and React Testing Library.
- Preferred: familiarity with CI/CD tools.
- Preferred: experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- English is not required.
