Base Salary

$65k - $75k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support technical automation solutions using various methods, tools, and platforms.
  • Continuously improve existing automation solutions by identifying optimization and efficiency opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members.
  • Execute assigned automation tasks and projects independently after they are scoped by an Engineer.
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Business Process Analysts, and other technical resources to clarify requirements and develop solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings, project discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Escalate process gaps, ambiguous requirements, and blockers to an Engineer.
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and peers.
  • Test solutions to ensure functionality and data integrity meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Follow code review processes and human-in-the-loop oversight practices for AI-assisted documentation, development, and testing outputs.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of development experience in Python.
  • At least 1 year of experience with front-end or back-end data environments, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, or data analytics.
  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain a 6C Federal security clearance.
  • Proficiency in Python programming, critical thinking, automation, and optimization.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Office, AI tooling, APIs, databases, and back-end data environments.
  • Ability to build and deploy automation solutions according to project requirements and timelines.
  • Experience applying software development lifecycles, development best practices, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing circumstances, and manage multiple tasks.
  • A four-year college degree is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
