Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards and coding best practices.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Coordinate communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Evaluate and improve software architecture for scalability and performance.
- Manage software delivery processes and address complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Strong expertise designing and implementing custom software solutions within SAP environments.
- Experience establishing and maintaining software coding standards and best practices.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and provide scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization for SAP HANA platforms.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing software delivery processes.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
