Responsibilities
- Support new customers in achieving rapid implementation and platform adoption.
- Develop solutions to enhance customer experiences on the Snowflake platform.
- Drive customer technical enablement, including architectural best practices.
- Create and deliver educational programs such as Hands-on Labs and webinars.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Professional Services and Product Management.
Requirements
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience or coursework in SQL.
- Foundational understanding of data architecture and major cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and coding agents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
