Responsibilities
- Analyze current inventory and business processes and design automated workflows for stock alerts, replenishment requests, approvals, and compliance tracking.
- Design, develop, implement, and integrate automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Map business processes and optimize manual workflows across enterprise functions.
- Track requirements, development activities, testing progress, issues, dependencies, and deliverables through project planning and coordination.
- Collaborate with a software engineering manager and peer team members on digital transformation and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience analyzing processes and designing automated workflows.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate and familiarity with Power Apps.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with scripting or programming such as PowerShell, Python, C#, or Java.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Exposure to SAP or ERP systems and knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or enterprise process environments is preferred.
- WinActor experience is a strong plus.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance are required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills are required.
