Responsibilities
- Own major feature development and collaborate directly with founders on end-to-end product development.
- Build full-stack features and architecture across multiple parts of the codebase and languages.
- Work with hardware, software, and design teams to build new products from scratch.
- Develop software interfacing with kiosk hardware and visual components while improving reliability and user experience.
- Rethink and recreate existing codebases for scale.
- Continuously improve and maintain production code.
Requirements
- Have 4+ years of relevant coding experience.
- Hold a B.S. or higher in Computer Science, or have equivalent work experience.
- Have excellent knowledge of one or more of Python, Node.js, C++, Go, C#, or Java.
- Be comfortable learning new languages, libraries, and frameworks as needed.
- Have experience building production-ready code used regularly by many people.
- Preferred: experience in a fast-paced environment shipping and iterating quickly.
- Preferred: experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure.
- Preferred: strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
- Preferred: strong proficiency with SQL and other database technologies.
