Base Salary

$130k - $130k/yr

Responsibilities

Contribute to the design and implementation of the trading engine by enhancing its performance.
Develop tools and applications for benchmarking new devices and software.
Assist with performance troubleshooting and identify key opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with Trading, Quant, and Technology teams to improve systems and latency.
Analyze proprietary systems to identify bottlenecks and improve the technology stack.

BS/MS/PhD in a technical field such as Computer Science, Math, Physics, or Engineering.
Strong programming background in C++ or Python with experience in developing scalable applications.
Experience analyzing and tuning operating systems, compilers, networking, and IO subsystems.
Exposure to statistical and experimental methods for performance testing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative nature.
Ability to work on cross-functional teams and react quickly to changing market conditions.

Minimum base salary starts at $130,000.
Eligible for a discretionary performance bonus.
