Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components and applications.
- Build scalable and maintainable web applications using enterprise Java technologies and Jakarta EE.
- Develop RESTful web services and APIs and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and problem solving.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years using Jakarta EE.
- Proficiency in Jakarta EE and strong knowledge of enterprise Java technologies and frameworks.
- Experience building scalable and maintainable web applications.
- Familiarity with RESTful web services and API development.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- 15 years of full-time education.
