Base Salary
$116k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, configuration, support, upgrades, and implementations of Manhattan WMS/WMOS.
- Author business requirements, functional designs, and technical specifications.
- Partner with warehouse operations to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Develop and support integrations between WMS, ERP, TMS, and related systems.
- Design, create, and modify reports for business requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive resolution across teams.
- Plan and support system testing, including SIT and UAT, with appropriate test plans, data, and cases.
- Coordinate programming tasks and schedules with project managers, programmers, and project leads.
- Review software development processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical direction, knowledge transfer, mentorship, and training to staff and users.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams and maintain technical documentation.
- Provide rotational systems support for 24/7 coverage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8–10 years of experience with WMS or supply chain systems.
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan WMOS inbound, outbound, and inventory modules.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and WMS integrations with ERP and TMS systems.
- Strong techno-functional experience bridging business and IT.
- Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL and familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience supporting production environments and participating in system implementations and SIT/UAT testing.
- Strong project management, leadership, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, establish time and resource estimates, guide junior programmers, and adapt to changing technology.
- Ability to work with vendors and cross-functional teams.
