Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous agentic AI systems using LLMs, multimodal models, tools, memory, and business logic.
- Implement agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or custom solutions.
- Design and optimize retrieval-augmented generation pipelines involving document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval ranking.
- Develop tool- and memory-integrated agents that interact with APIs and databases and adapt based on outcomes.
- Create evaluation frameworks and observability for agent accuracy, grounding, latency, cost, behavior, and failure modes.
- Fine-tune or adapt foundation models for domain-specific use cases.
- Deploy GenAI and agentic systems in cloud-native environments with versioning and runtime safeguards.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product teams, and governance/compliance stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML system design, deployment, or autonomous agent development.
- Proficiency in Python, with Java or C# potentially used for AI/ML solution development.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks and multi-agent communication protocols.
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures, evaluation methodologies, and LLM integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of responsible AI, security, and compliance in regulated domains such as retail.
