Responsibilities
- Guide the strategic evolution of core and new systems.
- Influence product and business strategy through system understanding.
- Foster alignment across the organization by building trust.
- Partner closely with other engineers and product managers.
- Assess and introduce new technologies thoughtfully.
- Lead the organization's technical approach to AI.
- Work with departments to ensure cohesive customer experiences.
- Develop expertise in data flow across systems.
- Mentor and coach engineers to raise engineering standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Experience leading architectural initiatives.
- Ability to partner closely with product on business strategy.
- Proactive self-starter in fast-paced environments.
- Strong collaboration skills across teams.
- Clear understanding of AI and its implications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Skilled communicator able to simplify complex concepts.
- A passion for dogs.
