Responsibilities

Design and own the architecture and roadmap for ad infrastructure, including SSP and Ad Targeting components.
Lead the development of scalable, low-latency systems and OpenRTB integrations.
Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team.
Establish best practices for code quality, system performance, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

8+ years of experience in backend and distributed systems engineering.
Proven track record of leading cross-team technical projects in the ad-tech domain.
Experience building an SSP, Ad Exchange, or DSP from architecture to production scale.
Strong leadership in project planning, execution, code/design reviews, and mentoring engineers.
Deep expertise in low-latency, high-throughput systems and performance profiling.
Production experience with streaming and data systems.
Experience defining key metrics, building dashboards, and monitoring system performance.
Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Go, Java).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
