Base Salary
$120k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design innovative security solutions, including secure parsers, novel data protocol protections, and secure-by-design system architectures.
- Lead contracts as principal investigator, transition existing tools, and create new tools for DoD use cases.
- Build tools and capabilities using C/C++, Python, Rust, and other technologies.
- Lead technical teams in debugging, system design, paper review, and related activities.
- Perform business development and contribute to proposal development for new and shaped government work.
- Develop whitepapers and publish papers documenting innovative research.
- Participate in and lead internal and customer meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Cybersecurity with five years of relevant experience; master's degree with three years of experience; or a PhD.
- Experience leading technical teams in system integration.
- Experience with parser design and development, MBSE tooling, or networking protocols and design.
- Knowledge of secure data-format construction and cybersecurity problems and solutions.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
- Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain TS//SCI clearance.
- U.S. citizenship and willingness to travel for customer, collaborator, and business development meetings.
- Preferred qualifications include DoD effort shaping, business development, Rust or other memory-safe programming experience, a related MS or PhD, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
