Responsibilities
- Solve complex technical and quantitative problems by developing high-performance trading applications, optimization frameworks, and risk management systems.
- Partner with quantitative researchers and traders to understand business models and revenue drivers.
- Enhance pricing and trading models and automate the end-to-end pipeline from research to production.
- Contribute to the design, scalability, and reliability of systematic trading platforms used in live market environments.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with an interest in efficient and scalable software solutions for research and systematic trading.
- Proficiency in C++ and/or Java.
- Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with distributed systems, low-latency trading platforms, system design, optimization, and networking.
- Knowledge of exchange connectivity and order management systems.
- Familiarity with execution and/or market-making algorithms is highly desirable.
- Exposure to KDB and/or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with portfolio optimization techniques and numerical libraries is advantageous.
