Responsibilities

Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in phases.
Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.
Create and monitor metrics to support operations and availability of team artifacts.
Engage in growth and development activities, including participation in the interview process.
Build and integrate data pipelines from various products and systems.
Develop a foundational platform for reconciling transactions across systems and partners.

1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
Proficient in Python and experienced in designing and launching backend systems.
Familiar with distributed systems and technologies like AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
Ability to translate simple problems into solutions involving multiple software components.
Comfortable navigating large code bases and providing feedback through code reviews.
Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and proactive feedback seeking.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
