Base Salary
$100k - $167k/yr
Responsibilities
- Review architecture, design, and requirements documents for new networking features and related systems.
- Maintain existing engineering infrastructure and plan future laboratory engagements.
- Design and execute test plans for initial releases and firmware updates.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to improve coverage, stability, and efficiency.
- Report defects, assist with reproduction and root-cause debugging, and verify fixes from the R&D team.
- Conduct regression, performance, functional, and security testing while tracking progress and preparing test summary reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, test design, bug prioritization, and software release workflows.
- Knowledge of network switch configuration and debugging, including VLAN and switch-port concepts.
- Knowledge of Linux administration.
- Experience with engineering laboratory environments for product bring-up and development.
- Ability to independently plan and execute assigned work, with strong interpersonal, learning, proactive, innovative, and motivational qualities.
