Responsibilities

Develop AI agents to automate administrative tasks.
Develop AI agents or system automation to track and update internal systems.
Develop AI agents to review, polish, and improve written documents and presentations.
Update and refine existing agents to improve functionality.
Support research and operational planning related to AI and automation for the PSCo Regulatory team.

Be a current student at the junior level or higher as of Fall 2027.
Be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in data science, information systems, or project management.
Be able to work full-time during the summer, up to 40 hours per week, and part-time during the school year, up to 20 hours per week.
Be able to commute to the designated work location in person under the hybrid work policy.
Preferred: demonstrated ability to create, edit, and design AI or automation tools using Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar programs.

Anticipated starting base pay is $20.90 to $22.10 per hour.
Benefits include a pension, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and holidays.
Hybrid work with in-person attendance at the designated work location is required.
The internship starts May 31, 2027, with possible extension beyond the initial term based on performance and business needs.
