Responsibilities
- Research, plan, design, and build product features that drive user adoption.
- Create in-app user experiences and experiments to increase trial-user engagement.
- Build customized onboarding systems and improve product modules to increase usage and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Ops, Quality Engineers, and other engineers.
- Help establish direction for the early-stage Growth Engineering team and product experience.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with React and TypeScript.
- Previous experience working on a Growth Engineering team.
- Varied experience building full-stack web systems and features.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Prior experience with unit testing frameworks.
- Strong written communication, collaboration, and product experimentation skills.
- Mention “coffee” in the application.
