Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to support project delivery.
- Perform maintenance and configuration for Kronos modules including accruals and timekeeper.
- Support functional testing, integration testing, UAT, and customer handover activities.
- Perform test automation and/or manual testing for the UKG platform.
- Configure Pro WFM business structures, labor categories, tiles, display profiles, data views, CRT tables, and integrations.
- Build or support custom reports and integrations using available platform tools.
- Mentor junior team members and manage assigned tasks through completion.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required, with 5–7 years in the Pro WFM domain preferred or required by the posting.
- Strong Kronos functional expertise in Timekeeping, Accruals, and Basic Scheduler is required.
- Hands-on UKG Pro and Pro WFM experience is required.
- Practical Dell Boomi experience is required; WIM experience alone is insufficient.
- Knowledge of SQL reporting, BIRT custom reports, Data Views, CRT tables, and Pro WFM integrations is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, collaboration, and independent-working skills are required.
- Boomi certification is an added advantage.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
