Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Pega applications.
- Ensure solutions follow Pega best practices and guardrails.
- Support solution architecture, integration design, and quality assurance.
- Mentor junior developers and guide delivery teams.
- Contribute to user story refinement and technical planning.
- Shape requirements into scalable Pega solutions and support technical decision-making.
Requirements
- CSSA certification is required.
- Hands-on Pega experience at Senior Developer SSA level is required.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture, integrations, and performance tools is required.
- Experience guiding teams and supporting technical decision-making is required.
- Strong communication and analytical skills are required.
- Candidates must be eligible for SC clearance.
- Financial services experience is preferred.
